Cancellation policy

To confirm your booking you must pay a 25% non refundable deposit or within 14 days the full balance of the booking.  Once the 25% deposit has been paid, the full balance payment will be due 14 days in advance of your check in. A reminder to pay your balance will be sent to you one week prior .

Cancellations are permitted up to 14 days in advance (of the check in start time) but guests will forfeit the 25% deposit.

Amendments are permitted up to 14 days in advance (of the check in start time), guests may look to confirm an alternative date or accept a credit note to the value of the full stay.  This is to be used within 12 months of the original stay date and cannot be refunded at a later date.

Stays amended or cancelled 14 days or less before the arrival date, you will be charged the full amount of the whole stay.

If we are not able to host your stay you are entitled to a full refund, but you may choose to accept a credit note or a postponement.

We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover the event of a cancellation.
